The Comets came out strong and played better soccer than the Cougars. However, every tiny mistake that the Comets made resulted in an LCA goal and before we knew it, it was 6-0 at the half. Comets played the deep bench for the final 30 minutes or so of the game to help with some injured starters and the final bell rung at 8-0. It was a well-officiated contest.
