Junior High vs Logansport Intermediate School May 9 On another absolutely gorgeous day for golf the Caston Junior High Comets golf team took on Logansport at the beautiful Pond View Golf Course. Due to Logansport only having two golfers the Caston team played their top two golfers and the remaining golfers played in a scramble format. The Comets were led by Drew Douglass with a 58 Caston Scores: Drew Douglass: 58 Vincent Warner: 65 Girls team: Paisley Strasser , Olivia Taylor, Kinley Foxworth: 45 Boys Team: Liam Hartzell, Jackson France, Eli Gebhardt: 52 Coaches comments: With Logansport only having two golfers it gave us a chance for most of the team to take a break from the competitive nature of individual golf and have some fun with a different approach. While Drew and Vinnie played against the Logansport golfers we split the remaining girls and boys into two teams for a scramble format. From the looks and the sounds on the course they had a lot of fun which is what we were looking for. Next Match: May 15 vs Lewis Cass at Logan Golf Club
