The Comet runners ran hard in Sectional competition Saturday, but were, unfortunately, unable to advance any runners to the Brownsburg Regional. The top three runners, Reed Sommers, Kane Finke, and Isaac Albright, were all across the finish in under 20 minutes (Albright's time being a person best), with Jack Brumett and Max Sommers (Sommer's time was a season best) rounding out the scoring five less than two minutes later. This concludes the Comet's 2024 season. The races may be over, but the memories will last a lifetime. The Cross Country Comets will run again in August 2025!
