The Comets ran in dripping wet humidity Saturday at the Cass County Invitational at Logansport High School. In spite of the difficult to breathe air, the top Comets runners improved on their times over the previous week at the Jacob Graf Invitational at the same venue. Reed Sommers and Kane Finke led the Comets across the finish in 9th and 11th place, respectively, with an average improvement of 35 seconds over the previous race. Isaac Albright came in third for the Comets, also grabbing a top-20 performance, with Jack Brumett and Tyler Remley rounding out the scoring five Comets. The Comets run at home this coming Saturday, so come on out and show them your support, Comet Nation!
