Caston Comets vs. Rochester Zebras The Caston Comets hit the road for a challenging matchup against the Rochester Zebras. Rochester struck first with an early goal and quickly built their lead to 3-0. We battled back and pulled one back just before halftime, narrowing the gap to 3-1 and giving us hope heading into the break. The second half saw us push hard, and Brock Hook, dusting off his boots, found the back of the net twice with a well-taken brace. Despite our fight, Rochester kept their foot on the gas and made it 4-2 before adding a final goal to seal a 5-2 victory. Even in defeat, Myles Sherrick delivered a standout performance, showing composure and resilience under pressure. Kaeman Lee had another solid outing, contributing with key plays and work rate. However, our creativity in the final third needs improvement—we didn’t create enough chances and lacked the necessary firepower to turn the game around. The biggest concern remains our vulnerability to counter-attacks through the middle. We got caught out too often when pushing forward, and it’s an issue that must be addressed if we want to regain momentum and start turning results in our favor.
