Last week, the Logansport Pharos-Tribune held its inaugural Awards Ceremony to recognize the best of the best in high school sports in Cass County. Our Comets brought home the following awards: Team of the Year went to the Sectional and Regional Champion Lady Comets Basketball Squad, who also brought home Game of the Year for their 37-36 nail-biter against Tri-County in the sectional final back on February 3rd Isabel Scales won Athlete of the Year and Girls' Basketball Athlete of the Year. Addison Zimpleman took home Scholar Athlete of the Year and Softball Athlete of the Year. Thank you to the Pharos-Tribune for putting on the awards' program and congrats to our deserving recipients!
