Comet Golfers finished 3rd Monday night at the Round Barn in Rochester at “bring your caddy night”. Rochester won the meet and Triton came in 2nd. Max Sommers led the Comets(206) with a 46. Other scores were, Luke Graham(50), Gage Thomas(52), Jace Rentschler(58), Chas Warpenburg(63), Corbin Smith(59), and Gabe Burkett-Rader(64). Coach Rentschler spoke after the game and mentioned he really liked how Smith, the only senior, was starting to hit the ball as he finished with a par. Comets will face off Tuesday night at Pond View versus Knox and Demotte Christian.
