The Lady Comets lose season opening home game to the Lady Cougars. Whlie the Lady Comets started strong taking the first set by 10, the Lady Comets then struggled and lost sets 2 and 3. The Lady Comets then rallied and won the 4th set. The Lady Comets then fell in a hard fought 5th set taking the final set score 18 to 16. Teh Comets were led by Gigi Berry and Ellie Zartman in serves and Callie Salisbury leading the comets at the net with attacks. The Comets travel to Culver Thursday to take on the Lady Cavaliers.
