Senior Edison Byrum ran to a new personal record of 17:23.6 and a 17th place finish at the 40th Annual CMA Cross Country Invite! Byrum was far from the only Comet to set a new personal best, with Reed Sommers, Isaac Albright, Jack Brumett, Chase Bauknecht, and Lincoln Holliman doing so as well. Breana Amezquita, Jaded Aguilar, and Hannah Rogers all set season best times with their efforts.
