The Lady Comet wrestling team took to the mat on Saturday morning at Culver HS to compete in the HNAC wrestling championship. The Comets earned a 4th place finish on the day while Triton High School won the event. Junior Emme Zabel brought home the conference crown in the 130 pound weight class. Fellow junior, Piper Roudebush (140), took home 2nd place, as did sophomores Olivia Watson (110) and Breanna James (155). Senior Kylee Logan (120) finished in 4th place. The Lady Comets will next compete in the IHSAA Sectional competition on Friday, January 2nd, at Hamilton Heights.
